Lite Salt Carrot Pea Kale Pasta




1 small bag of shells pasta

1 cup of chopped kale

1/2 cup of low sodium canned peas

1/2 cup of diced carrots

2 1/4 cups of water

1/5 cup of sunflower oil

1/3 cup of crush Cherokee purple tomato
